Remove Impossibility from Your Life

Sunshine through treesAnd Jesus answering saith unto them, Have faith in God.Mark 11:22

When Jesus told His disciples to “Have faith in God,” He was saying for them to make a transformation in the way they had been thinking about and seeing life.

Do not conform yourselves to the standards of this world, but let God transform you inwardly by a complete change of your mind. Then you will be able to know the will of God—what is good and is pleasing to him and is perfect.Romans 12:2 (Good News Translation)

Only God can transform us. Many of us have spent our lives trying to change, break habits, and be a better person and so on. But it is only when we allow our minds to be renewed to the ways of God that we will really see a difference—I believe this is what Jesus was teaching the disciples. Surely, they were accustomed to things operating in a natural, human way of living and being. They had learned “life’s lessons” in their upbringing…that was limited at best.

There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death.Proverbs 14:22; 16:25

Our lives are limited due to being dependent upon the things and understanding of this natural earth and mankind. Limits are taught to us from infancy. We are told how much we can do or have and how far we can go. We are told what we can or cannot afford. We are even told what we should be afraid of. But Jesus wanted them and we to know that there are no limits in God—for His power is supernatural. He wants us to know nothing is impossible when we place unwavering faith in God!

So, give your circumstances over to God now and give Him the chance to show you His power, because there is nothing that can contend with the power of God’s Kingdom.

The Lord hath prepared his throne in the heavens; and his kingdom ruleth over all. Psalms 103:19

  1. Yes, yes, yes! The Lord’s been talking to me a lot lately about looking again — and more deeply — at “being transformed by the renewing of my mind.” That’s so necessary to be able to walk in faith, isn’t it? This message is so true and SO needed today.

Thank you! Yes, we absolutely MUST BE”renewed in the spirit of our minds (Ephesians 4:22-24). This is necessary if we are to have any hope of following Him correctly. Blessings to you in your quest to hear the Lord in your life!
