He is Our Strength

God is our refuge and strengthThe Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? the Lord is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?Psalms 27:1 (KJV)

The life of faith demands that we place our entire trust and dependence on God. To trust in our abilities is a recipe for failure! We absolutely must trust that God has provided for our every need already and He has given us victory for any battle we will ever fight!

This is imperative for every person who will walk with the Lord God! Jesus has paid the price once and for all, we just need to believe in Him and His finished work and walk with that assurance.

When we are weak, sick, broke, in trouble, threatened, or in fear…He is our strength!

Now thanks be unto God, which always causeth us to triumph in Christ…2 Corinthians 2:14 (KJV)

You’re welcome! Yes, He has provided everything that we will ever need. We just need the revelation of what is there. I have started asking Him to open my eyes and let me see His provision…because it is already there!

“According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue”–2 Peter 1:3

  5. Wonderful Words to live by. I pray that more and more people will open their eyes and LOOK to Him each and every day. We are living in the end of days and He is our only source, our only way, our only truth and our only Life. Thank you Pastor for keeping these thoughts out there ….Blessings to you!

Hi Ellie and you’re welcome! You are right about how “most people” would respond to God’s command but here and now, we cannot afford to hesitate or question; we must take a stand and move in the strength of God. He will not let us down..the way has already been made! God Bless you!
